Who can become a courier?
To become a courier you only need to be 18 years of age or older and have a smartphone which you will use to work in the app. If you want to be registered as a car or motorcycle courier, you must be the vehicle owner
How do I become a courier?
If you are not using inDrive currently:
1. Download inDrive app
2. Register with your mobile number
3. When you are registered, tap ‘Switch to driver’ in the side menu
4. Select ‘Online registration’. Select ‘Courier’ in the pop-up window
5. Fill out the form and upload the necessary documents
Approval process takes 24-48 hours. You will receive notification when your account is approved, meaning you're ready to start accepting requests. Feel free to contact support to speed up your application verification.If you are working with us as a driver already:
1. Go to the ‘My profile’ section
2. Tick the ‘Show courier orders’ checkbox on that pageIt should allow you to see courier orders immediately.

Yes, you can. If you are working with us as a driver:

Can I work with inDrive for just a few hours a day?
With inDrive you choose how many hours a day you want to spend delivering. You decide whether to take orders today, or to take the day off
How will I get paid?
You will receive direct payment straight after each order, from the sender or recipient
How is the commission paid?
Usually we charge a small percentage of the order price as a service fee. Detailed information on the payment can be found in My account (left-side menu).In My account you can also click on ‘Top up account’ to add money. A payment is charged only for completed deliveries and you will be refunded in case the customer cancels the delivery or does not show up
Will I get a uniform and a bag?
No. You choose the clothes you prefer to wear while carrying out orders. The main thing is to be clean and tidy. Your backpack or bag for transportation should also be clean and zipped to ensure the safety of every parcel
What will I have to deliver?
Couriers deliver documents, groceries, and other small packages weighing up to 20 kg. We don't deliver alcohol, prohibited items, or items whose circulation is restricted by the country's authorities. The maximum weight for a package for a driver courier is 20 kg
How do I become a bicycle courier?
You can register as a foot courier (and perform deliveries by bike). Please specify this on the application form

How do I perform contactless delivery?
inDrive offers flexibility: it is you who decides on your schedule and chooses whether to accept or not accept the order. In addition to that, our app offers more control to drivers by providing the opportunity to negotiate fair prices. If prices are too low, you can always negotiate for a fairer price, agreeable to both parties
