What do I need to become a client?
You only need a phone number to register, no documents are needed.
How to start?
1. Enter your phone number to get the verification code via SMS. Only couriers who accept your request will see your phone number.
2. Enter the code from the SMS.
3. Chose a Couriers icon at the main screen.
4. Make a delivery request.
How to create a delivery request?
Good question! It's very easy:
1. Enter a pick up and a drop off locations.
2. Enter the sender and recipient's phone numbers.
3. Describe in detail what you want to deliver.
4. Choose the type of courier to deliver your package.
5. Offer your price. The courier can accept it or offer a different price.
6. Choose the delivery options, 'Door-to-door' delivery as an example.
7. Choose the courier that suits your order best.
Couriers make deliveries within the city only.
How to choose the courier?
To have a perfect match, note the following:
• the courier's rating and reviews
• the distance to you
• the courier's vehicles
• the price courier offers
And don't forget to rate your courier after the delivery: it will help other customers.
How to set a delivery price?
We want fair prices both for our customers and couriers. So here are some tips:
• offer a price that is suitable for you and that would be attractive for couriers
• there is a minimum price: its amount depends on the location and distance
• in some locations we can recommend a price: offer a higher price to find a courier faster
Can I create several requests at the same time?
Yes, just folow these steps:
• Wait till the courier starts the first order
• 'Hide' button will appear in the upper left-hand corner. Tap on it and start creating a new order
• Complete all the fields and tap 'Find a courier'
• The search for a courier will start for your second order
• You can switch between your orders to check their statuses
What I can and cannot send?
Max weight of a package:
car courier — 20 kg
bike, motorcycle and foot couriers — 10 kg
• items should be packed in a box or a bag
• the package content cannot exceed 100 USD
The following items cannot be sent or transported:
• alcohol, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes
• high value items e.g. jewellery, precious metals, precious stones and products containing them
• weapons, armaments, ammunition
• obscene or pornographic materials
• military equipment or any parts or accessories for it
• explosives, radioactive goods
• gas or cold weapons and their parts
• gunpowder, uranium, poison, ammunition
• fireworks, signal flares, and cartridges
• foreign currency and banknotes
• narcotic or psychotropic substances
• medicines
• items and goods that are restricted for sale or have been removed from circulation
How can I track the delivery?
Track the courier on the map during the delivery. Sometimes, due to internet or geolocation issues, courier tracking may not work correctly. Just contact the courier if you have any questions.
How to pay for the delivery?
The sender or the recipient should pay directly to the courier by cash or card transfer.

1. Check the couriers' name and photo in the app before giving away a package.
2. Always track the courier's location on the map.
3. Rate your courier at the end to help other customers.
